Meet Your Travel Advisor

Hi, I’m Paul Loftis.

I started Loftis Travel after realizing firsthand just how much there is to learn when you’re planning a vacation with kids. Cruises, Orlando trips and family vacations can be incredible — but there are a lot of decisions that can affect the experience before you ever leave home.

My goal is to help families understand those decisions, find the experiences that fit them and feel more confident about the vacation they’re planning.

Why I Started Loftis Travel

I Didn’t Know What I Didn’t Know.

When I started planning vacations to Orlando and cruises with my own kids, I really didn’t know what to expect. I quickly discovered that there was a lot more involved than simply picking a hotel, buying a ticket or choosing a cruise.

So I started digging. I researched the options, learned how different decisions could change the trip and discovered experiences and details that I probably would have missed completely if I hadn’t taken the time to look for them.

“I started Loftis Travel because I didn’t know what I didn’t know.”

As I learned more, I started sharing those tips with friends and family. I enjoyed helping them understand their options and pointing out the things I wished someone had explained to me when I was planning our first trips.

That experience became the reason behind Loftis Travel.

What Changed for Me

The Little Decisions Can Change the Whole Vacation.

Family travel taught me that a vacation can look very different depending on the choices you make before the trip even begins.

1

Where You Stay Matters

Location, room setup, convenience and transportation can make a major difference when you’re traveling with children.

2

There’s More Than the Headline Price

Tickets, cabins, dining, transportation, upgrades, excursions and extras all deserve a closer look before you decide what really fits your family.

3

You Can Miss Things You Never Knew Existed

Some of the best opportunities on a trip are easy to overlook when no one tells you they’re available in the first place.

First-Hand Family Travel

I’m Planning With a Family Perspective.

Traveling with kids changes the way you think about a vacation. Convenience matters. Timing matters. Where everyone sleeps matters. And sometimes the option that looks best on paper isn’t the option that will make the trip easiest for your family.

That’s the perspective I bring to the families I help.

Is this actually a good fit for the ages of your kids?
Is the upgrade worth paying for — or can you skip it?
Will the location make your vacation easier?
What should you know before you get there?

How I Approach Your Vacation

I Want You to Understand Your Options.

Good vacation planning isn’t about automatically choosing the most expensive option. It’s about understanding what’s available, what matters to you and where your vacation dollars will make the biggest difference.

Real Explanations I want you to know why an option may or may not make sense for your trip.
Family-Focused Decisions Your children’s ages, interests, pace and your family’s travel style all matter.
No One-Size-Fits-All Vacation The right trip for another family might not be the right trip for yours.
Help Beyond the Reservation The goal isn’t simply to book something. It’s to help you feel more prepared for the vacation you chose.
Why It Matters

Your Vacation Time Is Valuable.

Family trips take money, time and effort to make happen. I know what it feels like to want those days together to be worth it.

That’s why I approach another family’s vacation the way I would want someone to approach mine — by paying attention to the details, explaining the options and helping you make informed decisions before the trip begins.

You should be able to spend less time wondering what you’re missing and more time looking forward to where you’re going.
